It depends on which IP address you mean. An IP address is assigned by the network when your phone connects to it, so if you have a WiFi connection you can see the IP address in Settings/WiFi, then tap on the i next to the network name. Note that this will be the address on your local network, not the address that someone outside of your local network will see. For that use the next paragraph when connected to WiFi.
- Your internal IP address is what your router dishes out to all the devices connected to it. It handles all the “routing,” hence the name, for data packets that travel in and out of your network.
- Select the information icon to the right of the connected network. Tap on the blue lowercase (i) in the circle, for the address section of your iPhone. The title labeled IP Address would be your local IP address for your iPhone. In this case, my iPhone's IP Address is 192.168.1.13.
- My iPhone is in Danish, so hope that my guidance is written OK. Go to Settings » WiFi » Click on the blue circle with an arrow to view settings for your connection. It's the same place where you setup your phone not to use DHCP, if that's your wish. Hope this helps.
Change My Iphone Ip Address
On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network the Wi-Fi network you're connected to Properties. Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.
If you have a cellular connection it's a bit trickier. You need to go to a website that will return your IP address. One is Gibson Research, http://grc.com. Follow the links to the Shields Up! test.
